Destination: San Francisco

San Francisco Skyline

San Francisco. What better destination for a photographer than San Francisco? Experience the diversity, excitement and beauty of this famously photogenic city. Conveniently located from all points within the Bay Area, San Francisco provides a stunning backdrop for Future Light's in-the-field workshops in the Mission District, Golden Gate Park, Yerba Buena, Conservatory of Flowers, and Russian Hill.

The Mission District. This district is home to bookstores, murals, art galleries, and tantalizing restaurants. Cultural institutions such as Project Artaud, the Art Explosion, and Southern Exposure gallery are all nearby in the Mission-Potrero area. The Atlas Cafe, El Metate, and the ubiquitous Starbucks are all within a few blocks. El Tonayense taco trucks are said to be the best in the city.
